1. Print out this page!
2. Create a folder on your hard drive such as c:\cx or c:\antispyware
3. Download every file listed here to that folder by right-clicking on each entry, and choosing 'save as' or 'save link as'
4. Reboot your system in safe mode (with networking, if that's an option)
5. Turn off system restore on WinME, WinXP
6. Remove contents of %TEMP%, temporary internet files, c:\windows\temp
7. install/update/run each of the following, in order at least once -- if you don't know what you're doing, call us!  Some or all of these programs allow you to make changes to your system that can render it unusable!  Computer Experts Group, Ltd. will not be liable in any way for damage caused to your system by misuse of these programs!
